The Management Services International (MSI) under their IDEA project approached SIPL to carry out an institutional development programme under the four key categories; Financial and Fundraising Support, Governance and Legal Support, Communications Media and Digital Security, and Local Resource Mobilization and Strategy.

The professional support in institutional development was provided to IDEA Network’s and Grantees in these four key areas of work. The project has been in operation since 2019 and is expected to be completed by April 2022. Most of the main activities have been completed and SIPL will in the coming year carryout a programme of a follow up and further training to ensure that training and capacity building is further expanded and internalized within the organizations.
